At PILLARS, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe reflects your standard of excellence with zero risk.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all PILLARS tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
